Say something
worth finding.
Three related scopes, shaped by the reader and the material.
Website copy
Give each page a reason to exist. An opening introduces the offer; a service page explains its scope; a detail page helps a reader decide. The wording needs to follow that structure rather than repeating the same introduction everywhere.
The work can include new copy from approved source material or editing an existing draft. The brief defines page types, audience, tone and review stages. Factual claims, prices and specialist statements need an identified approval owner.

A sequence becomes easier to follow when each message has one purpose. A welcome, a first-action prompt and a return reminder need different subject lines, different emphasis and a clear relationship to what the reader actually experiences.
The scope identifies the number of messages, their triggers, product facts, desired next steps and required formats. Consent, delivery setup, unsubscribe behaviour and platform administration are separate responsibilities. No response rate or commercial result is guaranteed.

Sometimes the first problem is the order of the material. Content design can organise a page, identify a missing explanation and give repeated information a consistent name so a reader can find their way.
Bring existing copy, a description of the audience and the task the content supports. A structured outline can precede the writing. Research, interviews, specialist verification and implementation are included only when they are expressly agreed.
